I hate Stans didn't get more experience as a floor coach before being HC

Look at Grant, he learned under Donovan and proved himself at VC for several years (where you know your not going to get great players). I've always thought Stans needed that experience to prove himself. He continues to get just absolutely taken to school when it comes to making quick adjustments. We've gotten lucky in our last few ballgames and have won, but get used to the loses- we're 15-4 right now, but there will be many more losses this season. Sucks.

While it is easy to place this all on Stans, his players are the guys that are playing on a defending SEC tourney champ team. They had an undefeated SEC record and a newly acquired ranking yet they couldn't get intense until bama showed them they were ready to play.

Freaking weak on (most of) the players' part. Stans has been getting beat down in Tuscaloosa for years by the refs, so when MSU does get a rare win in bama, it is usually done with teams that actually give a crap when they play and not think they are rock stars because they have a ranking. Now HAD a ranking, again.

And before anyone say "I don't give a rat's *** about rankings" think about those beyond the local media realm that only get coverage of ranked/national-recognized teams through the regional/national outlets. While I like Kyle Veazey, I like to get my news from some others sources of the national level. It's good for MSU, good for me, good for you...

Another ranking bites the dust...Veazey foresaw it with that article. Bravo Kyle.

Peace.
