I have no clue what coach is talking about... but there are some things in recruiting that just doesn't need to be told. The more ears that hear it, the worse off the school is.

Whether this is something that falls into that category or not is beyond me... but I'm content knowing that there's a contingent of MSU fans who are really excited about what just happened.

If signing day comes and Chris Jones doesn't sign with us, then of course, I'll be disappointed with the guys who are posting this stuff.... but until the chickens are counted, I'm just thankful that people are willing to share some information they have.

My hunch is that 34 has some inside info, and that several of the "ooh, me too!" folks are full of it. What I proposed would show it. If it's something that should never be discussed or talked about again, then the teaser never should've been thrown out there. That, along with the Clarion Ledger article today, pretty much sealed the deal for me. He's a rebel. Just read the article, he's rationalizing everything about Ole Miss that could be considered a negative. Not to mention the whole article points to the fact that MSU recruiting is falling apart. I honestly can't find any reasoning whatsoever why he would sign with Ole Miss, and I think he'd be making a huge mistake. But it is what it is, I don't pretend to know his line of thinking. Maybe he just wants something different.

Put it this way, if he signs with MSU, it'd be the biggest hidden conspiracy I've ever seen MSU accomplish. I keeping telling myself that surely, SURELY, he won't turn his back on the only school and coaching staff that actually believed in him. Not to mention that we offer every bit and more to him than Ole Miss does.

And another thing....I haven't seen any "nasty" comments towards him. I think that's something being manufactured by the Ole Miss Spin Machine. This sort of thing just NEVER works out for us. We're too 'nice' to fight back.
