there is a CBS doubleheader so no 1120 kick that day.

Its either our game, AU/GA, or OM/TN for that slot so I think they'll take Bama.

says AU/UGa on CBS at 11 (tentative). i don't know where the info came from, but if that's true, then we could be looking at the ESPN A team again and another 6:30 start. which would be nice.

i guess we need auburn and uga to both win so that cbs will take them for the early game.

and I think they are correct about FL/SC being 230. AU/GA has almost no appeal this year other than names and being the oldest rivalry.

On that schedule, it said Auburn-Georgia....obviously that game has lost its appeal in the time that has passed

They used one on OM/Bama & LSU/Florida. This is there other weekend where they get exclusivity, except its in the 11am and 230pm time slots as opposed to 230 and 7. All other games not at 11 and 230 that weekend will be night games.

The chance of us backing our way into Atlanta is slim to none, but I would really appreciate it if y'all would help us out.

If Alabama beats LSU then the worst Alabama can finish is 6-2 and the best you can finish is 6-2. Alabama would beat UM and LSU in any tiebreakers.

Actually, I'll be at the beach so I'll just take a deep breath, say "*%@+ it" and drink heavily. My dad will slam the door on the way outside and go on a walk for about 45 minutes so that he doesn't lose it in front of everybody and catch hell from my mom. I will be glad to be removed from the internets for the time being.

If they beat LSU and Bama loses to LSU and then to either MSU or Auburn, UM would go to Atlanta based on better division record.</p>

And if Bama loses to LSU and another West team and we win out, we go to Atlanta.

you have to have lsu beat bama, lose to you, and beat arkansas. you have all your eggs in the corndog basket, and that can't be a good thing.

bama wins the west if they beat lsu, regardless of what else happens. that'll be a big-time game.</p>
