Is it against NCAA rules for Manziel's father to accept endorsements because of who his son is?
For example, say the father takes a deal to do commercials for a local car dealer in which he says something to the effect of "Hesiman trophy winning Dad" and then gets paid $20K and has his choice of a new car. Also could he in turn take that car and pass it along to Johnny?
