I have been a defender of Collins, but...

This Wisconsin game is just brutal. No fundamentals, no toughness, no offensive or defensive scheme. Could we just run the Flex or Gonzaga's continuity offense and get some movement? Nobody has a clue what the heck we are doing on offense. I have to finally admit that this is unacceptable and very sad.

I’ve thought about the flex a lot seeing our team. It’s something it’s not hard to implement quickly as a way of adapting to the fact that what we run just doesn’t work.

Only caught the last seven minutes of the first half and I'd had enough. A bunch of silly turnovers and a bunch of missed shots equating to a game changing drought that has become a nightly occurence with this team. I knew it was over and didn't even check the final score until this morning. I like Chris and respect what he did here, but the new guys next year better inject some serious life into the offense or the new A.D. may be forced to make a change, contract or not contract.

A lot of their games would be much closer if they would cut down on the bad shot selection, lame passes, and turnovers.

It boggles the mind that the coaches and players can’t at least make that adjustment. Almost seems like the coaches don’t care enough to make it a point of emphasis. It’s been going on for the last several seasons so they must not spend much time talking about it/working on it.

Perfect example was either this game or the last one a ‘Cat passed the ball right to the opponent then even though they had no chance to stop the layup also committed the touch foul to give a 3 point play. It’s like there is zero discipline or basketball IQ.

It's a little daunting to imagine a year or two (at least) more of this, then a transition to a new coach who will bring in his own guys with an inevitable grace period. We could be watching bad basketball well into the second half of this decade. So I'm hoping Collins can recapture the magic this off-season, maybe with a point guard found on the portal.

We will be fine next year as Young,Beren, and Nance will be Big Boys! Noone in the league will push those guys around! Noone
