because that means if we win, we get a shot at uconn. it has us as the 8 seed in their bracket playing temple. also, it looks like two of the #1 seeds will get to play at home (tenn and stanford). Are they ever going to move the women's first weekend off campus?

though if we are in the 8/9 game, it really doesn't matter who the 1 is.

I would think with a win over a ranked Georgia team, and a good close game against Kentucky, the women should be able to get out of the 8 seed and get up to a 7 seed. I want our women to do good, and wanting our women to run into that UCONN buzzsaw is crazy. Get to the Sweet 16 the easiest way possible and get a little extra money for the university. I think going through a 2 seed would be much easier, although in womens basketball its very tough for an upset to happen over those 1 and 2 seeds.

is so vast that I really don't know if we could hang with Stanford or not.. they were in a close game with UConn then they got hit with a 30-6 run. UConn is just at a different level. I don't see anybody staying within 15 points of them the rest of the year.
