extremely happy would lead me to believe Petersen. Unless Byrne convinced Urban Meyer that coming to MSU and putting them in a BCS game would make him legendary or something else that has a 0.0001% chance of happening.
I'd be happy with most of the other guys on the list but I think Peterson is the universal "extremely happy" candidate.

so, who would make you "extremely happy"? and had you discussed this with your source already? if so, you should have an inkling as to whom it may be. i would guess it would be petersen (which would be my #1) - am i wrong?

Checked his profile to make sure I didn't miss it. I don't know if he knows the deal or not, but it is mighty peculiar that the guy falls off the face of the earth since the search has begun.
Not only is The Streak on the line tonight, now my hopes are up that we just might be getting PetersEn. I don't think I could handle the disappointment if The Streak ends and we hire some no name coach none of us have heard about instead of PetersEn, Whittingham, Graham, or Wilson.

Jet trip yesterday had ZERO to do with coaching search.. But that also has zero to do with whether we are getting Petersen or not.. Lets face it, GB knows petersen and most likely would or could, do the whole thing over the phone.. Also.. if you are trying to be stealthy, flying commercial would be the way to do it.
