Fairmont man allegedly breaks into neighbor's outhouse
FAIRMONT — On July 25, Robin Burton, 50, of 38 Williams St., Fairmont, allegedly broke into his neighbor's outhouse.
Burton allegedly walked onto the neighbor's property and forced his way into the outhouse, where his nephew was located.
According to the criminal complaint, Burton pointed a firearm at his nephew and made threats toward him.
Burton's bod was set at $15,000 and has yet to be posted.
