He said seeding includes postseason performance it is why BAMA got a 2 seed and USCe got a 1
You don't deserve any seed if you finish below .500 in your conference play and in the bottom half. You clearly aren't even in the top of your conference, and thus do not deserve to play for a national championship.
A national championship should be about who has the best team. Not who has a hot team, paved their way due to upsets in their bracket, or was able to win due to injuries to key players from legitimate contenders. You shouldn't be able to dick around in the regular season and look like *** and potentially be crowned the best team in the land because you win a single elimination tournament.

You shouldn't be eliminated from contention for starting slow/young and being the best team by the end of the year.

Then why have a regular season at all? Make FBS 128 teams and just have a single elimination tournament.
