were Tebow (22 of 44 running plays). Of the remaining 50 plays, 33% went to Harvin.

...what you saw tonight was definitely creative. State ran a QB sneak a grand total of once this year.

What I saw was a team using their best weapons in their offense. It's exactly what Mullen said he wanted to do at State...identify the best players and build the offense to suit them.

.........that is very creative, and they'll adjust it according to personnel. Since MSU won't have a Tebow, I'm pretty sure what we run will be quite different..........and creative.

creative... it is logical. Florida won because they eventually overpowered the Sooners and Charlie Strong's defense made two stops inside the ten.

when you have two players who are better than all the other players but still stoppable and you vary the ways they get the ball so that it's not repetitive and continues to work against the defense that's logical and creative

Different sets, lots of motion and lots of options. And it all deemed creative enough to beat OU.

Getting up to the line and running a play every 15 seconds. Their big mistake in the first half was stopping and waiting for a play to come in from the sidelines. Twice, Oklahoma had Florida backpedaling. They should've just kept running a play every 15-20 seconds until they got into the end zone.

and yet you still get them room to work in, that's creative offense.

Also, on the last scoring drive, Tebow made some great passes to covered receivers. He threaded the needle on a few. In addition, UF's receivers often had a DB on their back or arms when making those catches. That was great players making plays. That will be the missing ingrediant to Mullen's offense in Starkville. There are some good players in Starkville but none named Tebow.

to what he has. At least next year I wont be able to tell exactly what play we are going to run by the formation that we are in.

I think Mullen's offense is creative and I can't wait to see it next year just because it will be such a change for us. I think most college football fans would think Florida's offense is creative, so it would look especially creative to MSU fans. I mean we went from a coach that thought playaction pass was a trick play to a guy that lines people up all over the field sending all kinds of people in motion and what not. Like someone else said, I am just a football fan and what made me the most mad was being able to sit in the stands, see what formation we lined up in and I could tell you exactly what play was about to be run. If I knew it, then the other team watching film all week and preparing sure as hell knew what was coming. So, although I do think anyone would think Mullen's offense is new and creative, it will be that much more creative and exciting to us State fans.</p>
