Our team is slightly schitzo right now… but it’s a minor complaint.
We may not have enough basketballs. Kugel won a game for us earlier and has had a couple of nice games but only got 7 minutes tonight, 4 in mop up. But no doubt, he is likely to be the one who gets fewer minutes as Harris and Melendez start to meld into the primary 3 guard lineup with Hubbard. I do think at 6'6" Kugel could take some of Jones minutes. Even Russell and the other guard got more PT in the 2nd half than Kugel.
This is a solid team guys. Even when their shooting is off, they still find ways to get points.

My mistake. Kugel had 16 minutes which is a good split of time. I looked at the wrong player line.
Melendez was a beast tonight. He has very quick hands and can steal from smaller guards. His motor was really running tonight.
We still will miss DJ for his defense with his size.
DJ needed a Kugel/Melendez/Harris/this years’s Keyshawn alongside to cover up his lack of scoring. Unfortunately we put nobody around him for his career. We had too many holes that weren’t addressed until this season
I like Melendez a lot. He’s a dawg. I like his swagger and attitude
