The Clarion Ledger with a beat writer in Oxford on the Marshall Henderson May 4th ( yes May 4th) transgressions for a traffic violation with tertiary cocaine/marijuana issues?

1. Kellenberger is incompetent.
2. He was told not to report it by his superiors a the Clarion Ledger.
3. He was "encouraged" not to report it by university officials.

Only three options I see.

I vote number 1.

4. Kellenberger chumped out because he didn't want to get his access locked out, so he sent it to friend at NYT.

Well, now we know why Mississippi announced a suspension today.

Was discussing with a UM buddy at work and we both wondered why they were announcing a suspension for a failed drug test. Pretty clear now that when they found out the WSJ was going to break the story they tried to get ahead of it.
