Obviously we could have gotten more, but not being swept by LSU or Arkansas is an improvement. 2 years ago we'd have gotten beat by 10 runs each game. <div>
</div><div>Not we have Alcorn, Valley, and winnable series @ Auburn and home vs. Vandy coming up. I predict we go 6-2.</div>

I'm going with 5-3 in the next 8 games. Which would put us at 5-7 in the SEC.</p>

They have taken 2 of 3 from Ole Miss and LSU so far... and both of their losses were by 1 run. I feel good about Vandy simply because we have them at home, though... but I feel Auburn will be a pretty tough series for us.

but I don't think Auburn does. Cohen TYPICALLY beats the teams he's on par with and better than. Of course, it's baseball, and you will drop some games, so you nit-pickers go eat your own asses, don't bother. I'm well aware we lost to Memphis mid-week.<div>
</div><div>LSU don't have much more though, as proven with the series. We're almost where we need to be. I have to think with a healthy Norris, Bradford and Bracewell we are 4-2 in league right now, maybe even 5-1.</div>

Lsu and Arkansas have more experience. But you are right in saying IF we were healthy we would be no worse than 4-2 and we win at least one at SeLa maybe both. We need for Bradford to get going this week.

I don't think we have anything to be ashamed of right now considering. We played two teams ranked high and played both down to the wire.

the depth of Arkansas's pitching. There was quite a difference in what they trotted out of the pen very late and what we did.

Definitely no reason to push a panic button yet and I do like the way the guys are fighting again this year. Keep fighting and sometimes good things happen in baseball.

nice option late in the game. We have a pretty good team, they aren't great and might not be great this year but they play hard and have reasonable talent. <div>Luck has been the biggest enemy so far but usually that evens out so maybe we are in for a good finish.</div>

We very much need to win the next two series (Auburn & Vandy), because we have some tough weekends to end the year (at South Car, UM, at Florida, and UK).

I don't see us winning too many of those games, much less the series. I don't think OM is great, but it'll be a battle. South Car, Florida, and UK (jury still out I guess) we'll be doing good to steal a game per series.
