I need help with with Miss. State shirt...

a few years agoI bought a t-shirt from Barne's and Noble on campus. It was a gray (I believe Champion) t-shirt, and it just said STATE on the front in plain block maroon letters. That's all it said. No logo, no nothing. Plain and retro looking. I lost this shirt on the lake this summer and can't find a replacement anywhere. I know it's kind of douche, but I really want that 17ing shirt back and need some help.</p>

Sounds like a trip to Walmart for a gray Hanes and a Sharpie are in order.

Got one at the campus bookmart 5-6 years ago when I was there, and got another this past year at the barnes & noble. Basically the same design as what you're talking about... except they say Mississippi State instead of just State.

nor is the one that DS showed. Mine didn't have the whiteoutline on the letters, nor the nike sign underneath like DS' shirt.I'm guessing that it's discontinued from Champion for some reason. I think I bought it from Barne's & Noble in spring of 07. I remember I went to Rosey Baby to watch us play UK at UK the day I bought the shirt. Oh well.

I got one from the Lodge when we played Clempson in the Super Regional that sounds like your shirt. You might try there if you haven't already. It was gray with maroon "State" on the chest. I don't think it's Champion, though. I believe it's a Gildan.

....I have a maroon shirt with white block "Mississippi State" on it that's starting to show its age, and try as I might, I cannot find one that just has white letters on maroon. Everything currently that would fit the description has a grey outline around the letters, and last I checked, grey still was not a school color.

It was at Sport Authority in Memphis. I almost bought it as a joke. I was amazed that a store located just a couple of hours from Starkville would put that on the shelf.

bought mine in 03 from the bookstore across the street from the BSU. Wore holes through it, I loved that shirt.
