I noticed it earlier but Coach Elliott's tweet tonight during the

draft made it much clearer. He posted a graphic entitled Nebraska Preparedness Program (bad name). Rather than shy away from preparing players for the NFL we are now advertising how our resources can create that opportunity. Another smart move by this HC.

We have been watching them build this. It has been by design and modified by necessity and opportunity. I don't know what else ( W's always the end game ) they could do at once to satisfy many; they plan and maximize effort. All the while they had to deal with what they inherited; complicated by the salt the earth former coach.
Pretty darn exciting, the wave we could be riding. The competition is ready. But we are getting the effort and I am proud of the effort. We have a great group of players who are going to be going for it. GBR

I kind of figured most all D 1 schools did this to a certain extent. Like anything else, I assume some are better and more refined than others.

That is fine to say it, but if you are going to say it you will have to have something to back that up with, like getting some higher draft picks and more players drafted.

I'll bet they never thought of that...

All sarcasm aside, this staff gets social media and stuff like this only helps the image and recruiting. I for one am glad he posted it.

agree .. use of social media or media in general to enhance recruiting is a must in today's world

in the extreme I am getting tired of the daily 10 min recruiting videos that Michigan is airing on ESPN from Rome, Italy
