I can't remember the last time I ran, but I think it was a few years ago when I tried to get I shape during covid. I know I ran home to get the car when my wife's water broke for our first child. She still says that is the fastest I have ever seen you run.

Hope you can stick with it. Best advice that helped me when I finally got hooked on running was to just run for a length of time - run / walk 10 minutes from your house & come back. Build up from that, go a little longer each week. Go slow, ignore distance and pace until you’ve gotten to where you can run at least 30 minutes without taking a break.

63 years old and run 3-5 times a week, the key is listen to your body. just move and walking is not a sin, especially when starting back up or stretching your distances. So many influencers out there, but I follow advice from Run Slow to Run Fast, Knee's over Toes guy and Fast after 50. Stretching and rolling are key and there you have my unsolicited advice.

And here's their best song. With classic hairdo intact.

eta: Their guitarist jammed, whether or not he was wearing my mom's sunglasses. He was sort of a wannabe Edge.

Yes, it was. That was one of my favorites, not only theirs, but of the time as well.

I was disappointed when they couldn't repeat that album with their newer offerings.
