We're up 3-2 and I read the front page before checking the score expecting us to be down by more than 3 or 4. Suck it up pussies.

I laughed. The twitter feed is better to keep up with score then come here to read the bitching session after u know the score.

Holy hell, you're right. I hadn't checked the score in over 30 minutes and just assumed we were down by 4 or 5.

How's this for negative: Holder is about to blow it in the 9th inning, thus guaranteeing that after pitching Tuesday and then 3 innings tonight, that he won't be available the rest of the weekend. Then we get swept, unless Graveman throws another complete game, thus keeping the clown patrol off the mound.

Maybe my memory is wrong, but this board was mostly founded on negativity

Add to that the fact we have everything we need to excel in the sport, I think these people are in line, with a possible few exceptions.

When negativity is warranted, it's ok. I just don't comprehend complaining about every little detail of a 3-2 victory.

It's not like Cohen is coaching a team that is under .500. We're in serious contention for hosting a regional. You would think you'd see more threads about Pollo being an absolute beast for us the past 3 weeks. Or Renfroe forcing himself into the first round. Or Holder throwing a tremendous a 2.2 innings yesterday. But instead, we see complains about Henderson, Frost, aTm announcers, Jim Ellis not coming back to the game quick enough (this thread occurs every game now), and Rea/Bradford having holes in their swing (while true, can we please save this conversation for a rainy day instead of during a victory?).

For the love of God people... change your mentality. Be sunny-side up just one day. It's a great way to live. Is this too much to ask for?

Agreed.

You can criticize every little detail if you want, but at the end of the day we're not doing badly. In fact, we're kind of doing what we're supposed to be doing.

It's baseball; let things play out.

Well we are under .500 in sec play, but hopefully we fix that today. Some of us are sick of seeing dumb play that causes us to lose against better teams than aTm. I'm critical of thus team because I expect better. Didnt the team build these expectations? I've no idea why someone would complain about Jim Ellis. Love that guy

the complaints aren't about Jim....it's about coming back from commercial or from top/bottom of inning and 5 pitches have already been thrown
