On the defensive end, he is what we have needed so bad under the basket on the defensive end. He has a good jump shot, but his weakness is his touch around the rim. We are struggling as a whole inside cleaning up and making shots around the rim. We have confidence, let's win this tournament and we will have a HUGE plus on our resume in the big wins column.

Moultrie gives us the energy, defense and rebounding that we have been missing for the past few seasons. If he can improve on finishing around the rim and polishing up his offensive game, he could easily be one of the better power forwards in the conference if not country.

The most encouraging thing is that his offensive skill level is mediocre enough that he might be forced to come back next year. The NBA puts a premium on offensive talent, and he lacks low post skills, finishing around the rim, using his body to shield defenders when he puts up a shot down low, etc...<div>
</div><div>But he's just the type of player we need, unselfish, plays hard, hell on the boards and defense, will get lots of putbacks and help in a lot of ways that the stat sheet won't show</div>

Moultrie is what all of Stan's tourney teams have had. A big man that excels at defense and rebounding.
