I said 5-7 before the season so why am I mad ?

I`m mad because as season has unfolded the reality of it is we have more talent than I gave us credit for and our schedule contained 4 games I considered un-winnable that were in fact winnable. We`re probably going to end up a 5-7 team but with good (no not Saban-like) coaching we should have been 7-5 team and even flirted with the unimaginable....8 wins. I am grateful to and proud of our team for their effort yesterday...this loss bothered me more than any this season because it highlighted what might/should have been in my eyes.

If Mississippi beats us it won`t be because of Dak or our talent in general...it will be because we got out coached by them again like we did last year. That`s my whole point. Coaching (not talent or the schedule) has held this team back this year.

Five years in and we struggle to be .500. We do have more young talent than I thought but Justin Cox is a total bust. Shoulda let Bama have him. I still scratch my head about yesterday. Glad to see the guys giving outstanding effort and to see a second half offense. Last two weeks have shown promise but still a shame all we have to show is "promise".

There's a big difference between "realistic expectations" and "satisfactory results" as well...
