Coach K is doing a good job of keeping the negative attention off of the team. When look at the players, you see 18 and 19 year olds learning how to play bball. There is really no one on this team with edge, maybe Roach and Steward.
Agreed. My only counterpoint is the draft looks extremely weak again this year and it might be the best shot he has to go lottery. On the other hand, he could come back, develop his game and give himself a shot next year. Don’t know his financial situation but my guess is he’s gone, esp after this foot thing.JJ is a good player but nothing I have seen looks like a lottery pick. If he hadn't been hyped as one coming in would anyone peg him as a one and done let alone a lottery pick? He looks like a guy who will be a terrific player in a year or two. And that is nothing wrong with that other than expectations.
