Issues of proximity are becoming paramount.
From a football fan standpoint, I would love to see this game. Two of the most exciting football games I've been to are 81 State-Southern in Jackson (F YOU, ROB F'N FESMIRE!). and 90 State-Southern (FSU Warchant in the upper deck of The cRock).
