I really did. I didn't think there could possibly be an OC that was worse than Kurt Roper. I didn't. And remember, as bad as Kurt Roper was as an OC, he didn't have a LaNorris Sellers as QB.

So Shula literally has a first round draft pick at QB (he will get drafted first round just based on potential) and still has a worse offense than that of Kurt Ropers.

I really think you would almost have to try to be that bad.

I’ll be stunned if Sellers goes in the first. Maybe by someone in the later rounds if they think they can develop him for a year or two down the road. Jmo

Shula did so much damage to Sellers’ game that he needs to/should stay in school for another year. If he does so, I don’t see him doing so here unfortunately and I wouldn’t blame him

I'm sure I'll get laughed at but I think Roper was hamstrung with no QB and by having Muschamp as his HC. He wasn't good by any means but I think he was on par with Loggains and better than Satterfield and Shula.

He currently has NC State 29th in total offense at 438.6 YPG and 43rd in scoring at 32.4 PPG. Wish we had that type of output this year.
