I might get flamed for this but is it just me or why in the HELL can't we ask Greg himself who he would recommend for our new AD?

Wouldn't he be the most logical first person to ask since Greg himself dealt with young aggressive AD's like himself from all over the country?

We could still supplement Greg recommendations with a nation wide search if need be. But, I guess Keenum has already started a Nationwide search so it probably doesn't matter anyway...

I'm sure this was done, and pulls alot of weight with that candidate's consideration.

up under the pressure packed process of a panel interview. If he comes out of that tied or better then he wins. Sometimes you learn things about preferred candidates during a process like the panel interview that can change your opinion. Stricklin may be the guy but he needs to earn it.
