Due to my new job, I've recently been able to fork up the money for lifetime SPS chat. I rarely post but the chat room has become a safe haven for me this year during Diamond Dawg baseball games.
Because of this job, I was unable to watch any of the Super Regional games. No ESPN, no SPS, no nothing. It was excruciating. Fortunately for me I was able to make the chat for the Oregon State game. It was great banter as usual but something new happened. Something some may be used to, but for me was a new phenomenon. The phenomenon was using white font. It broke out like a wild fire in the top of the 8th among the posters. Everyone, highlighting like **** to keep up with the conversation and the action. This brought the Dogs home with a win.
Finally, I say all that to say that I wasn't able to make chat last night, due to my job. I kept up with the game via twitter. Again, excruciating. But through twitter I see that D@A states that the WHITE FONT lived on in the 8th. And again, it brought the Dogs home with a win. Just want to thank the board for doing that. I've never been more superstitious about something. 17'n nuts.
I won't be able to watch Friday's game as well. So please people, keep the WHITE FONT alive. May it guide the Dogs to a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.
