Mullen- Yes

Cohen- Yes

Stansbury- Yes* I think my stance is dependent upon who he recruits this year, and how he does this year. I think he's definately on the downswing either way.

Fanning- Yes, but who cares?

Al Schmidt- Hell yes.

Mullen- Yes, enjoy him while we have him.

Cohen- For him, but my confidence in him to restore the baseball progam back to the glory years' standard is extremely low at this point.

Stansbury-Yes, for now.

Stansbury- Lost me a few years ago

Cohen - Yes-ish

I will say that I'm more loyal to winning than I am to any coach. Anybody that can come in and put a consistent winner on the field I will be for.

Mullen-Sure, why wouldnt everyone support him?...hehas clearly improved the team and continues tobuild it up.

Cohen- Dont care...its college baseball. I love baseball, but cant imagine ever caring about college ball. From everything ihave casually read this season, we are beyond terrible, butwe need time to rebuild. Ill never understand how Polk made it to the CWS the year before he left and the program coming off a friggin CWS was so terrible, but whatever. Cohen should, like any coach, have a few years to rebuild and make the team hisown before he is judged too heavily.

Stansbury- The most frustrating coach of a team i follow...ever. By far. He puts a terribly inconsistent product on the floor. I would love to see him be the HC of a football team...he has 40major issues a year with just 16 guys, i cant even imagine the disasterouscomedy that would come from him overseeing an entire football team.
Ill support him for another couple years at this point, but **** has to improve.

OK:

Mullen - Exhibit A for why the Ninja is the real deal. F you Arizona.

Stans - Exhibit A for everything that was wrong with the prior athletic department. Regardless of how I feel, we're stuck with the mfer.

Cohen - My steadfast support has disappeared completely. I have serious doubts about him now that the evidence is clear that he gave up on this team. He quit. I'll say it again. Hoover and a regional in 2011, or his *** needs to be gone.

Mullen- as someone said "enjoy him while we got him"...

Stansbury- has seen his best days pass him by...2 Tourneys the last 5 years, one backed into by winning the SEC Tourney...program is a soap opera...NCAA Tourney in 2011 or he needs to go

Cohen- needs to have us in a Regional by 2012 or he has to go. Preferably in Hoover as well by then too. 2011 should see a better product on the field than the previous 2 or I will start to worry.

Mullen- Yes

Cohen- Yes, he gets one more year to show improvement in my book. But another year like this & he should be gone.

Stansbury- Yes, even though he frustrates the piss out of me. If we don't make the tournament this year, he should go. Somehow he manages to consistently put out a decent SEC team, but he also puts out a consistently underachieving team. I think Stans is the college basketball coaching equivalent to Donovan McNabb - good enough to give you hope, but never quite satisfies.

Mullen- He would have to woefully underachieve the next two years for me to turn on him. As in, no bowls in the next two years.<div>
</div><div>Stansbury- He needs to make the tourney this year, plain and simple. But I do think he will. Sidney is going to be a monster.</div><div>
</div><div>Cohen- If next year isn't any better than these two, he can pack his bags. If we improve noticeably next year and still can't make Hoover or a regional, I'll give him one more year to do those things. If he can make Hoover and a regional, then he would probably have us on the right track.</div>

Mullen: I will cry like a baby when he leaves

Stansbury: Short, short, short leash.......1 legit tourney in the last 5 years that the team earned during the regular season

Cohen: has 2 years and a very short leash.

Mullen - Yes; no explanation required.
Cohen - Yes; needs 3 years bare minimum - likely, 4.
Stans - Yes; will be a No after this year should we be NIT bound and our recruiting class doesn't materialize. One more year of disappointment and it will be clear to all that Stans is on the downslope of his career. One more shot from me and that's it - not that it matters.

Stansbury and Cohen both get at least two more years if I'm running the show.

Stansbury needs a legit tourney appearance in the next two years in basketball.

Cohen needs to make the SEC Tourney in baseball by 2012. Nowadays a SEC Tourney appearance pretty much equals a regional.

Mullen - yes, but a cautious yes because after all...we are MSU. It was not exactly hard to look good following Croom but I like what I have seen.

Cohen- support dropping like the Greek stock market after getting swept by every damn team in MS this week.

Stansbury - not as solid a yes as yall think. I see no way that we will be predicted to make the NCAA next season but I at least expect us to be in contention for a bid and also get at least 3 out of the 2011 class. If he does not do that then I have no problem seeing him go.

Not to go all Gene's page, but I am for all of them. They coach at MSU, and I want MSU to win. Every time.

As for my confidence in them, or how much I would disagree with a change.....that varies.

Mullen - Very confident. Made a couple of rookie mistakes last year IMO. We better enjoy him because I don't think he's here more than three more years.

Stans - Frustrating. Can coach a beautiful game and follow it up with three stinkbombs. I really think cutting Kirby and C'ham loose and getting some better minds on the bench would prolong his career. I can see him losing his job if we miss two more NCAAs and lose out on most of the 11 class.

Cohen - Massive, massive disappointment in my book. I fully expected when we hired him to be competitive from day one. There is no excuse for where we are now. NONE. Because he's won at other places, and because the recruits look good on paper, and mainly because he is an MSU grad from the era when I was in school, I am more patient with him. I could stomach 9th place next in the SEC next year if it comes with better fundamental/routine play and tons more passion from the players. If not, he needs to go. If he stays, then in 2012, we need to be in Hoover. In 2013 and beyond, we need to be in the mix of hosting regionals every year.

Mullen- who in their right mind is not in support of him right now

Cohen-Yes. And there should be no other discussion until next season. I think that no matter how bad things are, if he keeps recruiting, we get back to the glory days. We can't let Croom influence us into letting Cohen go too soon. This guy actually has a resume'.

Stansbury-If he can do well with the '11 class, then yes. If not then no. He's one of the worst x's and o's coaches in the country but if he can keep us consistent then I say give him a few more years.

Mullen- Yes, dude is a hero

Stans- meh, he needs this year and see who he signs, but that seat should be hot, which its not, but he needs one or two more years to produce, if not BYE BYE

Cohen- still for him now, but if next year is a repeat of this nonsense he needs to be fired
