First, let me say that the people of Fort Worth have been absolutely amazing to us, both on the streets and during the game. Everywhere we went people were asking if we needed help finding anything or just trying to make us feel welcome. By far, this is the best road trip in that respect. The game atmosphere was not what we are used to at WVU. It was relatively quiet the entire game and there were a lot of empty seats. I know it was a Thursday game but they are #3 in the country and big games would be much loader and significant in Morgantown. But again, the fans were wonderful to us. It is a very nice stadium. WVU was very well represented, as there was a lot of gold and blue in the stadium. The team had every reason to be motivated, but just weren't. As for the game, for the most part, our team was unprepared and extremely undisciplined. I know the officiating was not great but regardless, our team was not ready to play. Anyone who watched the game knows that officiating did not determine the outcome of the game. It is time that even the most loyal of Holgorsen supporters acknowledge the obvious. He is just not a good fit for WVU. It is time to make a change. You can say that supporting Holgorsen is supporting our team, but at this point, it just is not. There are several good candidates out there, albeit, a lot of good jobs as well.
