the last great collection of talent? How about a little respect for Charles Simms, Kevin White, Mario Alford, Karl Joseph, and others? It isn't that we expect less by recruiting to beat the lower echelon of the big 12. It's that we give it time to build up to compete with everyone in the big 12 and aim for a big 12 title. Your boy Stewart set the program back several years. We are just now built up close to 85 scholarship players. However, we are very young and inexperienced in several areas. Last year during a game, the announcer showed Wvu as one of the 4 youngest p5 programs in the country. Which tells us; stew did have us down nearly 25-30 scholarship players. If we had not dropped 3-4 easy TD passes last night we may have won. We made mistakes to win against Oklahoma state. That shows us we are close. We are good. We are just young, inexperienced. However we have talent. We need a qb. Hopefully crest Howard or chugs emerge to truly take the job. So far it appears open.
