to take it all in and enjoy the Saints game. I can't imagine what it's going to be like this weekend. It was crazier than Mardi Gras.

The Saints will finally make it to the Super Bowl only to be defeated by Archie Manning's son.

and I'm still exhausted from Saturday. I'm half glad I'm not going to the NFC championship game, as I'm not sure my body could take that again.

I'll post some pictures later if anyone wants to see 'em.

Once the team started rolling in the first quarter, you could tell the Saints' fans started to believe again.

A buddy texted me after the hightower run that a guy in front of him started cussing from the time Hightower scored until the Saints scored a TD. Literally just cursing himself, the Saints, and New Orleans for 10-15 minutes.

By the end of the game, he was hugging people and talking **** about the Super Bowl.

I was supposed to be in New Orleans this weekend, but due to matters outside my control, I was unable to go. I will be in the Quarter this weekend.

some nasty 40 year old lady with a very nice rack was just on stage for about the last 20 minutes of the game with her shirt completely off. It was crazy. She was just walking around. They said in the 1st quarter if Bush returned a punt for a TD, everyone got a free red bull mixed drink. When he returned that one for a TD, you would have thought we all got a million dollars.

This was a very common sight for that 10-15 stretch after the 70 yard TD.

The one thing about Mardi Gras is that it is about 60-70% tourists.

With the Saints, it is mostly Gulf Coast people in New Orleans. People that don't stop when a person that looks like a cop tries to issue you a citation for having too much fun.

As of now I can think of 15-20 people going to the quarter just to be in New Orleans for the game. None have tickets, and they don't care. Its a freaking Sunday night game at the Superdome. It will be ridiculous.

Plenty of the people in my section me were either worried or mad. I'll admit, I needed to see it to get realy back into. On Arizona's 2nd play it looked bad until Gay forced the fumble. It was on then.

so there's a chance I might be dangerously dehydrated... I lost my phone, and then to top it off, I think I left my debit card in one of the clubs on Bourbon.

So today I'll spend my time getting a new card and looking for tickets for Sunday to do it all over again. It's a can't miss.

Awesome weekend and the next one will be more crazy!

One thing I noticed more during this game, atleast in my section. The Dome is always loud and crazy but the fans were not just yelling and screaming to be happy, excited, etc.... They were yelling like it was their job, their role. It was work. Not just yelling but stomping and beating on things more than usual to the point of sweating our asses off... while loving every minute of it.

If we win Sunday night, you will see thousands of grown men weeping in joy. I'm not going to be able to get one thing done at work this week.

It was the most consistently loud game ever in the Dome, IMO. I can't wait for Sunday, I'll be in the dome again!

Even when I am trying to work, people just want to talk about the game. I am afraid to see what this place is like if the Saints win next weekend.

It was awesome! Like they said everyone in my section yelled like it was their job. I thought this old lady next to me was going to have a hear attack. I don't know how I'm going to recover and go to work Monday if I feel anything like I did yesterday. It was so loud, I think that why my head hurt. Couldn't have been the drinks.
