Did Coach Mullen refuse to cross the field and shake Chizick's (SP?) hand?

The TV never showed it and then later they showed an orange shirt assistant shaking Dan's hand before Dan left the field. I just had the impression that Dan never shook Chiz's hand after the game.

Does anyone know?

Shook hands with Chizik after final play but before the review. Did not shake again after review.
