for Cam Matthews senior day? I don't know why that popped in my head but in every interview that I could remember, he always spoke well of Cam. Probably a slim chance but I think it would be great.

I hope so, I hope we keep a good relationship with Pappaw in his retirement. It would be a nice gesture for him to be here, and it would be nice for us to send him off with a warm round of golf claps for shepherding us from the desert into the suburbs of the promised land.
That said, someone posted the Vandy game from 2019 and we had Molinar, DJ Stewart, Nick Weatherspoon, Woodard II, Reggie Perry, Tyson Carter, Tolu freakin Smith, and Abdul Ado on that roster. I still can't believe Gramps couldn't do anything with that bunch.

Even if he could have done something with that bunch, there wasn't a postseason for anyone. We had went to the Mississippi State Baseball game at MGM Park and the very next day everything shut completely down.
True. So the year before that he had Aric Holman, Lamar Peters and Q Weatherspoon on top of others listed. Point is, seeing that video reminded me how much talent Howland brought in. Unfortunately he just didn't have the juice at that point in his career to coach them up.
