Indeed. It was time for Bo to move on. But hiring these schmucks makes me yearn for the days of Pelini's sideline antics and pant-peeing.
If our depth is as bad as some say it is, Bo would be having a bad year and would be fired with full public support. I don't think the AD has a clue to what he is doing.
