I don't think there is any doubt they piggy-back our offers b/c they work under the assumption that they can flip anyone. Odds are they have never heard of this kid until he committed and now they are trying to figure it out.

If I heard that any SEC team had offered or gotten a commitment from a kid in my state or the surrounding states, and I wasn't familiar with him, I'd try to figure out who he is as well.

I agree completely. The only problem is that it doesn't fit the narrative that Freeze and staff spend 8 hours a day recruiting and all their brains are like recruiting databases not only for this year, but the next few as well. How many times have you heard, "OM's staff can tell you who the top LBs in the '16 class are without blinking..." All I'm saying is that they are human like the rest of coaches and not recruiting super computers like some media likes to sell.
