I would start Relf and play him all the time for 1 reason

He looks off the safety. He is the first State QB I ahve seen in a while that doesn't watch the receiver run the route like he is the backyard.

Even USCs new QB is doing it. I never thought we would ahve a QB who would not do that.

Relf does not do that.

I wouldn't necessarily say that Relf looks off the safety, however, I would start him just because our offense looks more in sync with him running the show</p>
