That should be the result and would be appropriate for what was a joke to begin with. Pay for play has been going on for years from shoe companies, the NCAA and everyone knew and turned a blind eye. When the FBI forced the hand on a ******** operation, they had to address it and now only a handful of schools are going to suffer for something everyone was doing and is now perfectly within the rules!

This is reasonable and makes sense. Clearly, time has been served and we're several players/coaches/ADs/presidents down the line from the events. The university and program have suffered, to levy more at this point would only punish fans and people within the program that had nothing to do with any of this.

Word on the street per media types U of L might not be getting a post season ban . A strong likely scenario schlly reductions and school fines. As i think that is more a suitable punishment at this stage.
