Well not quite everyone knows where you live, but technically I live in Diamond (not Coal City). But it must be near the High School, which means you probably have some interesting stories of our last tornado (hopefully no real bad stories).

My physical therapist has a son who was supposedly a stud on last year's CC team and now plays college ball (DB and/or WR I think) and their house was mostly destroyed in the last tornado, even their foundation had to be replaced.

I enjoy the success that both Coal City and Wilmington have had with their football programs. I have watched several Wilmington games over the years and have met most of the Wilmington coaches but I can't remember having attended a Coal City game in person.

One of your Inside LB's is named Pullara (-sp), would his father's name be Pete(r) and maybe a dentist by any chance? If so, he was a friend, teammate and classmate of mine at Joliet Catholic.

All the Coal City and Wilmington posters on here seem very knowledgeable about football.
Yes Austin is Pete’s son

I think i know who you are and I know you know who my son is. Zach’s mom grew up in Braidwood and knows you. Small world. And my idea for our wager is great. I hope it comes to fruition.
Very small world. I won’t be surprised at all if CC and Morris lock up again in the playoffs. Let’s keep the scoring down this time though lol

No issues then. Hit the restart button. make Love not war and all that nonsense. I hope they get better. Right now there are some really bad teams in the conference. I think we all enjoy it more when the overall competitiveness is at a high level week in and out.

And I don't get too undone about the youth football.. between kids that are playing just baseball, a few doing hockey and we always have a few playing for the Lions or Bears because its closer for them, we should be ok.. But I do know that 8th grade group has some nice athletes, but some really small kids..

But we are never going to have the numbers that CC does, soccer and cross country are both bigger here, different types of kids.. plus enrollment at CC about 150ish more
