Being at Byron is a big home field advantage. I don't have any concrete numbers, but it seems like IC historically slows down a bit when on natural grass, at least based on some playoff scores over the past years.

How is Byron’s size on the lines compared to previous years? In the last three encounters, Byron had a distinct size advantage over IC

Hearing there will be isolated storms over Byron throughout Friday night into Saturday morning.
Though, often these warm spikes come with strong winds out out the south that would effect IC passing game

IC is pretty big/athletic on both sides (based on the 1 game I saw in person). I don’t know about Byron though, would be interesting.
The key is will IC be disciplined on defense and not make mistakes. Byron can definitely chew up clock on long drives and not allowing them to have long drives will be key for IC to win.
Turf is always an issue at this time of the year and IC tends to struggle when on grass.
I fully expect this to be a close, lower scoring game, that will ultimately be decided in the final few plays of the game.

Dare we say the best RB in 3A/4A and maybe 5A vs the best group of receivers in 3A/4A and maybe 5A?
No….he’s a better LB than he is RB.
Love this kid but I’d take Richmond Burton’s and Bmac’s kids over Considine. Tremendous player though
