today, you have a lot of finger pointing going around.........That's apparent from looking at the threads here on this board..........Some say it was Mullen's play calling, others say it was Tyson Lee, someone else pointed to Ducre's poor block, and then there was Zach Smiths missed tackle on the punt return........That's why I'd rather get blown out than to have this **** happen, but lest you forget, WE ARE MSU, the Chicago Cubs of the SEC.........

Today's game was great...and fun to watch!! Mullen is an outstanding coach. MSU football is going to improve under is reign.

We have lost so much for quite some time...to the point of being numb to the pain.

Yes, this hurt...but it shows that we are alive and "in the game".

The 45-0 game where we helped that LSU safety pad his stats was a lot easier to sit through than this. There was no wondering "what if" after the game, other than "what if we got a new coach." It's good to be able to point and say if we did one thing differently we would have won the game. With Croom we would have had to do three thousand things differently to win the game.

We weren't jokes today as we have been the past nine years (c'mon, even last year it really wasn't close). We were in a position to win and didn't ... but, we were in a position to win. It was been a while since we can say that -- absent a few times when teams we were playing self-destructed. We were prepared, disciplined, and should have won. If we can do this every week, I feel really good about the direction of this team.

This loss is the kind that hurts the most, but it is probably a neccessary step. Our players know what they are capable of.

If we'd had another Auburn performance, they players would feel like the season was completely hopeless and we'd be up for 2-10.
