on the on the floor leadership. I'm neither here nor there on the overall coaching but the leadership part is defininately suspect. It seems to me that we may not have an enforcer on the staff. You have to have one. Back to the on the floor stuff. This team reminds me of two particular teams for a HS football team I have been sort of associated with for over 20 years now. There was one particular class that waswidely reguarded at the time as the next golden class. The year they were Jrs the obvious on the field leader was a SR, one of the few that played. They went undefeated in the regular season butthat kid got hurt in the next to last regular season game. They struggled to beat a patsy without him to finish the regular and got hammered in a first round playoff game where they were heavily favored. Nodody stepped into that guy's role the next year either and the golden class finished 3rd or 4th in the region. They did manage to win a playoff game but got hammered when they met another team from their region. They just always looked a bit lost when things got tight. They had the "talent" but not the on the field leadership to really bring it out when it got tough. When they had to have a "stop", they couldn't get it. Just like tonight.
