I guarantee you that Alabama wants to go.Co-co-co champs!
No one wants to go to the SECC. Can't really blame them. The smaller your program is the more drastic hit you take with a loss. And then the risk of long term injuries really sucks.
We account for 1 of the wins and 7 of the lossesA&M’s SEC schedule was even easier than Ole Miss’. Coming into tonight, the combined record of their SEC opponents was 12-41.
1. Shapen and the wideouts made some great plays early and we had an electric home crowd at that time. We stalled out on offense BIG time in the last 10 minutes and our defense/special teams **** the bed hard.Watching this game...I can't decide which is more puzzling:
How did we hang with Texas? OR
How did we get blown out by A&M?
Nevermind - doesn't 17n matter. This season is blessedly over.
They did until aTm got that L.I guarantee you that Alabama wants to go.
Considering that they do not make the CFP if they don’t go, and win it, I can guarantee you that they want to go.They did until aTm got that L.

The defense that held Texas A&M to 10 points and 175 yards in the first half- on 7 possessions- forcing 2 theee-and-outs, got absolutely torched for 21 points and 280 yards in the second half — on the exact same plays they’d been stopping — because the offense kept handing the ball back before anyone could even get water. That is called the boomerang effect. And we’ve seen it all year because of Lebby’s offense.1. Shapen and the wideouts made some great plays early and we had an electric home crowd at that time. 2. Shapen got sacked a ton and A&M played lights out D. We hung with A&M in the first half but squandered too many opportunites. Wheels fell off in the second half.
