Now talk about a head coaching job you don't want. yes it's the NFL but it's where football dreams and careers go to die. A giant black hole of futility.

I have no idea if he's qualified to be a DC but I sure wish Flood, Wislon and the DC would pound his coaching philosophy to his db's into the heads of ours, it's exactly what we're missing on defense.

"I want our two safeties to look at it as a race to the ball carrier and I want it to end violently."
Gause and Longa do that. The guys behind them, do not and it's killing us.

He coached under Schiano so I'm sure his defense would be aggressive.
