If Dan can develop Relf into a servicable SEC QB

Conner would've done a whole lot better in Mullen's system.

Fant...not really.

Watch Tyler Russell and see how he does when Relf is gone. My bet is he gets beat out by the other QBs because he doesn't fit the offense as well. It's ultimately about fit, probably moreso than it is about development of the player.

With Russell given time in the system, the offense may flourish into a potent passing attack. I'm hoping next year Tyler and Dak can give us a Leak/Tebow-esque tandem. Wooly, yes. But not outside the realm of possibility.

Let's not act like Russell can't run at all. He's not a Drew Bledsoe. He ran the ball in HS and he's been working on his quickness with Balis. Russell will run the ball too, just not as much as Relf.

so I will say it again (germans) if russell is the number one Mullen will shift the offense into what Utah ran with Alex Smith or Florida with Chris Leak. Mullen is too smart for that. he would shift his offensive plan tofit Russell if he won the job.I am sure he wouldn't change the offense now because relf is the starter.

The main point is.....See florida with chris leak.....see florida with tim tebow. Two different schemes with the same OC. Blam.

but seriously, lee ran some option, but not nearly as much as relf. could be similar.
