I'd be about ready to call it quits. There is no way there can be any enjoyment in coaching a team full of such dumbasses. With the limited amount of time he is allowed to spend with these guys, if you don't have a some serious senior/upperclassmen leadership in the locker room and on the practice court, it seems almost impossible to get through to these guys.
Plus I know there would be many a happy camper on here if he did retire. Oh well.....
