I don’t think we played that great this weekend. Pitching was terrific, offense was good in spurts, but defense was very bad in the last two games and we still have several of our best bats in slumps.

As good as we’ve been all year- I still think we have yet to peak as a team. Which should make you very excited for some June baseball if everything comes together.

I agree. We made a ton of mistakes and missed a lot of opportunities to score early in games. A few guys arent seeing the ball well....pitching has been superb though. I have a feeling those few things that are keeping us from being amazing will come together come regionals. This team def has what it takes to win it all.

I consider myself partially responsible for the 2013 run but completely responsible for the 2013 championship series loss. Never again. Never again. I’m still not over it.

You do realize that our lineup will never be all seeing the ball well at the exact same time. That’s not how baseball works. But, we have enough horses at the plate that a couple can be completely blind and we can still win the derby.
