downfield for LSU to recover, then it's still an easy MSU win with no last second play for a potential win for LSU.

Totally. Most dominating 5 point win where we could've lost on the last play game you will ever see. Not being sarcastic.

For 56 minutes, LSU looked like we have against them for the last 20 years. Players being helped off the field. Hands on hips. Dudes getting stepped on, which could not have happened except that they were FLAT ON THEIR BACKS.

Beautiful.

MSU was the better team by leaps and bounds talent wise, and I don't care what anyone anywhere might say about that. If they clean up a couple of plays that shouldn't happen (bad snap, last TD pass) this game is a rout.

Attention to detail and this is the makings of a very special season. The line between dominating and "squeaking" out a win like tonight is mighty fine if the box score is the final judge.

Yeah. There's been plenty of MSU/LSU games I've watched over the years and thought "damn, they're crushing us". It was nice to be on the other side.

I'm ok with it. Teams like LSU, the Barn, etc. tend to have ridiculous 4th qtr voodoo. Usually we lose those games. I'm glad we can see the lesson of "don't let your foot off the gas" with a W.
