If NASA finds microbe alien life what does that say about abiogenesis? Lk

We know that humans evolve but we don't know how life began (which is abiogenesis). Some creationists say that since we don't know how life began and can't prove that it can begin on its own that means the whole bit, including evolution, is bogus.

So the question is, what if we eventually do find definitive proof of alien life (microbse, not Vulcans) on other planets or moons? Does that say that life can come from non-life? Or do we conclude that God just put those microbes there?

And some liberal atheists convinced that Obama is doing an excellent job. Seems like there are a lot of people in this world confused with what reality is checking in with.

Assuming the microbes can talk, they'll need a really good microphone.

Re: They will find life. The universe is too large not to

So does that mean that abiogenesis can occur anywhere? Or is God the creator of abiogenesis? If so, then isn't it possible that God created the first single celled life here on earth and the objection of creationists "But how did life begin?" has no merit?

Personally I think the hardliner creationists (earth is only 5000 years old) are imbeciles.

It wouldnt be 5k anyway. If you followed abiblical timeline of 7 days of creation and then the timeline of births and deaths it would be 6k to 7k min.

^^^ This ^^^ - Pathetic rhetorical questions with pre-determined answers.

Not sure why he even bothers asking.

This thread brought to you by the fine folks at "TELL ME WHAT I WANT TO HEAR!"

He thinks the answer is obvious but the only thing that is obvious is his lack of analytical thought.

Baloney.

I made a good point and raised a good question. People just don't to hear it so they evade it.

Religious fundamentalists of many types say that life cannot begin without God. If that's true and if we find microbe-type life in places other than Earth then God for some reason gets a kick out of creating microbe-type life here and here.

Re: Baloney.

You didnt make a good point. You made what you think is a good point because you lack the mental capabilities to think like intelligent people.

What's funny is these "intelligent" scientists at CERN ...........

................. seem awfully committed to "fantasy" as well ............ going so far as to conducting bizarre rituals in front of Lord Shiva (otherwise known as the Destroyer) before they crank up their handy little collider.

I thought the supernatural was only for white trash tornado bait like you and I.

And you call yourself a scientist

Even if we find life elsewhere it says nothing to how it began here.

Just as finding other "suns" and planets outside our solar system, as well as other galaxies outside our own, does not explain their origin, finding life elsewhere doesn't explain the origin of life either.

Note the complete lack of substantive responses. I'm even surprised. *

it was a pathetic strawman

Thesubstance of the responses were the mocking of your question.
