They win it hands down. Vandy and Texas don't have the offense to keep up. Our only hope is that virginia can take one from them and send them home.

I'm not jumping off the bridge but I hate these ********. They are gonna shred TCU tonight.

I agree that they are gonna kill TCU but I don't think they can beat UVA twice. And if they do they are gonna have to beat Vandy twice and in that park, with Vandys two aces, I'll take Vandy. Their '#2' was one of the best in the SEC this year and Beede is back to old form now. They are dangerous.
ETA: this is all wishful thinking due to my hatred for them.

If they make it then they earned it

Because beating UVA twice would a worthy accomplishment.

One of vandy's aces makes Devin Mitchell and Brandon woodruff look like Cy young candidates. Beede has looked like trash and OM shredded him in Hoover.

That's what was so damn frustrating about last year. Everything was set up in the finals to win. We didn't get in the losers bracket, didn't have to play an extra game in the winners bracket ,had the whole weekend off to set up the pitching and were playing a team that couldn't hit. Should have won the damn thing.

We couldn't throw strikes and

Renfroe couldn't hit belt high fastballs right down the middle.

Agree. This will be Virginia vs. Vandy in the finals. If Vandy's coach is smart, Beede won't pitch again in the series.

I was able to watch Beede when he pitched the other day and he looked good the first few inning. No idea how he finished. However, I think Vandy is a pretty damn good team and they won't just get walked over

So OM has scored 9 runs in 3 games for an average of 3 runs a game. Vandy has scored 11 runs in 2 games for an average of 5.5 runs a game. Yes, it's obvious OM is the offensive powerhouse in Omaha****

So says the guy that said:
1. (Insert Msu pitcher) would devour ULL because ULL got shut out by JSU (the first time all year that's happened) and we are in the mighty SEC
2. ULL would easily handle OM
3. That we'd beat OM head to head in a super (no way we beat this OM team twice)

I'd love to eat ****, but you don't have a clue about baseball if you can't see this team can rip the ball. I don't care about run averages across two games, OM beat vandy's best head to head in Hoover and it wasn't close.

The only way virginia keeps up is to shut them down with pitching. If this turns into virginia having to match run production, it's over.

Yes OM beat vandy in that one game. Case closed. One game in baseball is natural law*

Thank you for teaching me baseball.

You still love the fact we lost to ull don't you? Every state fan was sick we were getting punished by ull, but you. You were down right giddy about it. Yeah I was wrong about beating ull. 17 ull! 17 OM too! I swear you love both those god forsaken schools.

BTW vandy and OM both have 17 hits in the cws. Vandy in one less game. They also got there 17 hits against a team's number 1 and number 2. OM had 5 hits against a 1 and 2. Vandy could be finding themselves. Anyone who keeps up with vandy knows they have elite recruits.

No, I hate OM and I hate ULL. I want OM to lose every game they play, but I'm gonna look at facts and the big picture in drawing conclusions and not just the little things that support my opinion and ignore everything else.

I also wasn't giddy we lost to them. I'm tired if having to answer to the sunshine police for posting an honest opinion instead of looking through my maroon glasses at everything. I'm a realist and if I'm wrong, ok... I'll take my medicine. But you are lying to yourself if you don't think OM is the best hitting team in this series, top to bottom.

I'm done arguing with you. You discredit the fact I used an actual head to head game between vandy because it's one game, an you are throwing out stats when vandy has only played two games and OM 3? Because it's naturalLaw, right?

Postseason batting avg for remaining teams in cws:

Vandy .312
Virginia .294
OM .263
Texas .257

Seems when vandy plays a 3rd game they might add some offensive production which will widen the gap

If (and it's a huge if OM makes it, it'll be bc of their pitching, not their offense. Seems you guys aren't watching the games or something. OM pitching has been outstanding and it's their backbone right now not their bats
