This team went from 500 yards of offense a game to absolute garbage in less than a month. Incredible.
he brings nothing to the table anymore. He has regressed passing the ball and looks like he is scared to run. If he can't run the ball, then it's time for a change. I just can't believe how bad this offense has become. I know the offensive line belongs in the lingerie bowl but shityou have to start hitting the short passes and get the ball out of the QB's hands to offset the sucktitude of our line. It makes me sick to think we are paying a guy 2+ Million a year to not know this. Again, the triple option will work if you keep running it. UAB is horrible and Mullen looks clueless. Wow!
I promise you he is a better qb injured than relf is healthy. Plus mullen said he was cleared to play earlier this week. If he can't go, put in Favre. <div>

From now on can we just dismiss any decent qb before his SR year. How many times have we had a QB at state just fall apart his SR year. And Coach, would a hurt Russell be that much worse than a healthly Relf. He 17'n threw into tripple coverage on our 4.9 possison WR Smith. Relf is a joke!!!

it won't matter unless Russel gets better blocking. The ONLY way to generate any thing with this line would be to go 5 wide and throw the ball on a three step drop, something like Amory is having to do this year if you have seen them. I don't think we have a qb that can do that or the receivers that can do it.

right now. He is a drop back passer and will have 0 time to throw and will get killed. I think our best answer is not even a QB on the roster and that is Bumphis. Line him up in the wildcat and mix in some short passes. I hate to say it but we might as well play razzle dazzle offense to beat UAB today.
