If Sixpack speak could get the alleged tapes, how quickly would they be played?

... but I also would like to think that IF they exist (and I have a hunch that they do) that those who are in possession of said recordings, are waiting for juuuuust the right time.... and, I don't know exactly what that time would be... but I would think a good time would be when your own commissioner was attempting to throw you under the bus to save his ***.
