You can no longer bring up our history for the most part because now our compensation is in the top 1/3 of college football...our job is more attractive than ever before

about non-competitive fans. If you are non-competitive, you are part of the problem. Since you're here and haven't been banned, I'm guessing you don't fall into this category.

Very few of your average fans realize how much higher SEC jobs pay.
