If there was any doubt Townsend wasn't involved in what went down yesterday,

So it appears some concerned citizens have been doing a little digging and

hoping.

I listened

to Jon Wiener's show on 105.9 (JX) yesterday, which is generally ok, and he was acting like a complete douche on this. He all but said Deshea was 100% involved, in some way. His stance on the subject was ridiculous, without knowing ANY facts. I thought it was pretty amatuerish, for sure.

He needs to go on there today and appologize. That's what a man (40!!) would do, at least.

It's

not so bad. At least not any worse than your normal JX sports radio crap. However, what he was saying yesterday about Deshea was ridiculous and uncalled for.

That guy is awful.

I carpool to work, so sometimes whoever happens to be driving might turn it to 105.9 in the afternoon while he's on. Yesterday he went on and on (because that's what he does since he has so little to say) about how he doesn't like the term "flip" when it comes to recruits changing their mind. He'd say, "You flip pancakes. You don't flip people. You flip burgers. You don't flip people." It's not literal, you idiot.

I'm sure what he really wanted to say was

...ANOTHER MSU coach whose seat is so hot you'd think it was made out of metal, perhaps spoon-shaped, with some sort of flame directly underneath it.

I can't listen to him anymore, too much high school sports discussed for me. I enjoy watching a high school football or baseball game in person or watching multiple ones on the internet every Friday nt during the season but listening to others talk about high school games, not for me. I'm not an NBA fan either and there's way too much of that for me too.
